Extremely Environmentally Responsible?

Hello,
I have a good friend wiriing an article for next week about people living extremely environmentally responsible lives.  DO you know anyone who deserves to be written about, inside OR OUTSIDE of New york?  I figured someone would in this great crowd.
 
Let me know if you think you're a good candidate and up for this. All my immediate friends are only semi-environmentally responsible...
