Introduction
Hi! I'm a junior at Hunter College studying Urban Studies. I am drawn towards urban farming and creating community gardens. One of the projects that I am currently working on is to create a rooftop garden at Hunter College.

Yes, I completed a PDC course taught by Andrew Faust at The Center for BioRegional Living.
Are you currently in an ecovillage, organizing one, or would you be interested to join one?
There is an intiative to create a Transition Town in the village of Hastings-On-Hudson that I am inspired by and working with.
Do you have a place to apply permaculture designs?
Within the community in Hastings-On-Hudson, I have been able to apply permaculture designs. So far, we have a small community garden, a compost pile, and a rainwater harvesting system. Also, just last summer, we began harvesting bees! Our next project is going to be raising backyard chickens.
