  • Hi Justin,

I just joined this site to post a petition I made about establishing a public forest garden. I saw your post and was excited to see the initiative you're a part of. I'd love to hear more about it and to collaborate in the future. Send me an email to touch base. [masked]

    Respect and Gratitude,

    Liam

  • Hi Justin, I spoke to the farmer & she may still offer bulk whole/half pigs. She is going to send out an email later this week with the details. There is no commitment since the farmers did not follow through with their original offering. I changed the meet up when she changed her market focus. I apologize for the poor communication -- and trust that I won't post meet-ups that the farmers are not 100% committed to following through with -- barring extenuating circumstances.

  • Hi Justin,
B&Y has modified their pork offerings this year. There are 4 hogs going to slaughter next week and the last 3 in October. They are offering a Family Pack, Sampler Pack & A la carte. You can also get a whole, half or quarter pig. Their pigs are enormous this year (much bigger than last year & anticipated) and they felt they needed to pare down the offerings. Please contact Judy ([masked]) or go to www.byfarms.com to see what they have. She is extremely helpful!!!
