When you flex your feet, you should see that your sole of feet is complete fat. Try it. It might take few months to start to feel different, but I'm sure Gyro is worthy to do. ”

I had an aggressive workout the day before so this just really finished off and made me limp the rest of Friday hahahah. Unfortunately we may not be back for several weeks since my friends and I alternate Thursdays with different activities to see what's out there - how often do you go? ”
