Let park host know you are on the trail maintenance crew and you get in free. Meet at White Oak Picnic Area in SML Park We'll work on the Falcon Trail which is across the lake We'll get ferried across the lake Bring long pants, long sleeves, sturdy boots, gloves, water and snacks All tools and guidance provided.

Thanks for message, serge. How are you? I hope you feel better now. As my privious experience, most of clients who have knee problem, they also have problem of ankle and sole of the feet. When you flex your feet, you should see that your sole of feet is complete fat. Try it. It might take few months to start to feel different, but I'm sure Gyro is worthy to do.

Hola Serg, acabo de ver tu saludo con 4 meses de retraso...perdon! tengo entendido que mi nombre quiere decir "la que viene del mar" en griego, asi que es posible que tenga algo que ver con las nereidas. Pero el significado en Italiano es mas simpatico y quiere decir "negrita" =)
