Permacuture principles applied to healthcare and education.

I would simply like to exchange about these ideas. I have to answers to provide, I just want to start a reflection and discussion about how these principles can transfer over to pedagogic methods and healthcare management, 2 areas which in my view, would greatly benefit from a major overall.
