The complementary aspects of permaculture: Carbon Tax vs Cap and trade

As per Nathan's suggestion, I will discuss the carbon tax vs cap and trade to keep the CO2 levels below 350ppm.

    There was no disagreement between Cameron and me vis a vis Carbon Tax vs Cap and Trade, with both of us favoring the Carbon Tax. The discussion was mostly about fast breeder Nuclear reactors as well as about the Energy Return on Investment. One thing that was not mentioned in the Chapter 9, is that fast-breeder reactors, due to the liquid Sodium used as a coolant, are prone to catch fire, and are difficult to operate.
