The Complementaryy aspects to Permaculture: The "Caveman" Diet.

The paper below summarizes how our genome and our present
Western Diet are incompatible.

Origins and evolution of the Western diet: health implications
for the 21st century by Cordain et al.
The above is the paper that I suggest we discuss.

A bird's eye view about the incompatibility between our
StoneAge genome and our SpaceAge lifestyle is summarized in my
talk:

A more detailed view of the paper with more articles are in my
ebook Chapters 5 to 8 inclusive:

As to the next event the following Tuesday (July 19th), those who are
present at the July 12th meeting will decide which aspect to board.

As I discussed the paper, I became aware of a potential misunderstanding, namely, how it is that we have not adapted to the agricultural diet. The explanation is that the agricultural diet makes you sick well after you had your offspring (40+ years), and thus can not be selected against.
