WHAT:
Introduction to permaculture and earthcare as an expression of yoga practice. Enjoy slides of ecological design applications at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch, and recent courses and workshops.

WHERE: Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, NYC (West 24th Street between 7th 7 8th Ave.)

WHEN: Friday, October 2 / 12-1 PM or 6-7 PM.

WHY!: Both Permaculture and Vedanta philosophy propose that 'humans' and 'nature' are One. Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch is a leader in recognizing the yoga-permaculture connection and demonstrates how the cultivation of greater consciousness and inner peace leads to responsible and regenerative action in the world.
